Sales and Refunds Policy
Thank you for considering our health tourism packages. Before making a purchase, please read and understand our final sales and refund policy:
- Final Sales: All health tourism packages sold by our company are considered final sales. Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless specifically mentioned in the package.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip due to any unforeseen circumstances, we request you to inform us at least 15 days prior to the scheduled trip start date. However, there may be some exceptions for medical emergencies, natural disasters or other situations beyond your control. We will work with you to make the necessary adjustments based on availability to reschedule. Cancelation Penalty Fee of 25% to 50% of the Package applies.
- Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation, we may provide a partial refund or a voucher for a future trip, depending on the specific package and situation. Any refund will be subject to our discretion and the package purchased and will be processed within 30 days,
- Changes to Itinerary: In case of any changes to your itinerary, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible, and any changes may incur additional fees.
- Unused Services: In the event that you do not use any of the services included in your package, we cannot provide a refund for those services.
- Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations on our end caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the package purchased. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred during your trip, including but not limited to additional medical expenses, lost or stolen items, or travel disruptions.
